Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensure in the State of New York.  Minimum of 5 years management experience.  Bachelors degree in nursing preferred  or a combination of education and experience.

Requirements
Completion of a certified nurse aide course.  Must be able to read and write at the eighth (8) grade level to document in the resident's record.


Urgent Care Center

Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner  
Full time & per diem positions/ 24 hour shifts

Requirements
Graduate of an approved physician assistant or nurse practitioner program.  Currently licensed and registered to practice in New York State.  NCCPA certification, ACLS, trauma training.


Registered Nurse   
Per diem positions, various days/8 hour shifts

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current Registered Nurse Licensure with the New York State Department of Education.  BLS required.  ACLS & PALS preferred; minimum of one year nursing experience; Bachelor of Science in nursing or bachelors degree in related field preferred.



Medical Care Unit

Registered Nurse  
Per diem positions, various days/12 hour shifts

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current Registered Nurse Licensure with the New York State Department of Education.  BLS required.  ACLS & PALS preferred; minimum of one year nursing experience; Bachelor of Science in nursing or bachelors degree in related field preferred.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA.  Must possess license or be eligible for license as a Physical Therapist in New York State.

Dentist  
Full time & Per Diem positions, Monday - Friday
